About AHR
Healthcare technology built for complex care organizations. We build in Pittsburgh, for the tangled, river-crossed reality of regional care.
Our story
Allegheny Health Records grew out of one regional problem: records that stopped at every facility border. The history below traces that growth.
2011
Founded in a Station Square office by four clinical informaticists frustrated by transition-of-care re-keying.
2014
First multi-facility deployment: two hospitals and their shared specialty clinics on one record.
2017
Data exchange gateway launched; interface partners join the network.
2020
Analytics module ships on the shared record, replacing nightly extracts.
2023
Move to the Golden Triangle offices; 24/7 monitoring desk opens.
2026
Version 4.8: reference-range trends, co-signature routing, audit search.
Leadership
Leadership profiles shown for demonstration.

Lauren Moreau
Chief Executive Officer
lmoreau@alleghenyhealthrecords.comLauren joined AHR after running operations for two multi-hospital networks. She still sits in on implementation debriefs, usually with a marked-up product spec in hand.

Mirelle Vantier
Chief Financial Officer
mvantier@alleghenyhealthrecords.comMirelle has guided finance teams through growth-stage software and provider-network expansion. She built AHR’s planning rhythm around clear forecasts, disciplined hiring, and durable margins.

Jonathan Sins, MD
Chief Medical Information Officer
jsins@alleghenyhealthrecords.comJonathan practiced internal medicine before leading clinical informatics at a regional health system. He still shadows care teams each quarter to find the friction dashboards miss.

Priya Raghunathan
VP, Customer Engineering
praghunathan@alleghenyhealthrecords.comPriya has spent her career turning difficult interfaces and migrations into repeatable engineering. Her team knows every customer escalation ends with a better playbook.

Douglas Ferreira
Chief Information Security Officer
dferreira@alleghenyhealthrecords.comDouglas came to healthcare after a decade in regulated infrastructure and incident response. He runs tabletop exercises with the same engineers who carry the pager.

Anne-Sophie Kessler, RN
Head of Clinical Informatics
akessler@alleghenyhealthrecords.comAnne-Sophie spent fourteen years in bedside nursing and clinical systems design. She tests every workflow from the night-shift perspective before calling it finished.

Marcus Bell
Director of Implementation
mbell@alleghenyhealthrecords.comMarcus has led more than forty hospital and ambulatory launches, including two merger-weekend cutovers. He is happiest when every task has an owner and a fallback.

Danae Quillan
Payroll Specialist
dquillan@alleghenyhealthrecords.comDanae manages multi-state payroll, benefits deductions, and the edge cases that surface after acquisitions. Colleagues know her for resolving discrepancies before payday.
The region
A city rebuilt on engineering discipline, the temperament we bring to records.

Care here is a web of neighborhoods and crossings, not a single campus. Records must travel the same terrain.

Inclines still climb these hills after a century. We design for that kind of service life.

Three rivers meet at one point. So does our data: every message converges on a single record.
